SHIPPING POLICY
We will dispatch all orders within one working day and all orders received over the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
We securely pack every piece in our jewellery box in a bubble.
If, for some reason, the item purchased is out of stock we will inform you within one working day.
You will know when your order has been dispatched as you will be notified by email. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on your address and chosen shipping method.
Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. We cannot, and will not, falsely report on an item’s value to help you avoid these fees.
Estimated delivery times are not guarantees as items will sometimes get tied up in customs for weeks.
DELIVERY TIMES TO UK
During the checkout process, you'll be given the option to choose how your items are delivered.
All UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Second Class signed for and usually take 2 to 3 working days from the date of posting.
Please note that we will need to wait 21 days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item sent.
We can also offer delivery upgrades to Royal Mail Special Delivery for an additional fee. Please select the option during the checkout process.
DELIVERY TIMES TO EUROPE
During the checkout process, you'll be given the option to choose how your items are delivered.
All STANDARD overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. According to the Royal Mail's shipping terms, your product/s has to be delivered to you in 5 - 10 business days. This timescale can be shorter but will be no more than 10 business days.
DELIVERY TIMES TO USA AND CANADA
During the checkout process, you'll be given the option to choose how your items are delivered.
All orders to the USA are dispatched by Royal Mail which is delivered in USA by USPS. When we ship your order you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your package on USPS.com. Delivery is typically in 5-10 business days.
DELIVERY TIMES TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
During the checkout process, you'll be given the option to choose how your items are delivered.
All overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail. According to the Royal Mail's shipping terms, your product/s has to be delivered to you in 15 - 20 business days. This timescale can be shorter but will be no more than 30 business days.
RETURNS POLICY
In case you are not happy with the items, we are happy to accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery of the product. Should you wish to cancel, please notify us in writing and return the item to us.
Buyer pays for the return postage unless the item is damaged or not as described.
